Four bowls. One night at a time. After the last coffee is poured, Arome Cafe on San Felipe Road turns into a ramen-ya for five evenings this September and October, with an 18-hour tonkotsu broth as the base of everything.

ラーメン屋、一夜限り。

Hiraki Ramen is not a new restaurant. It is what happens when the Hiraki Izakaya team borrows Arome Cafe after closing time, puts the stock pot on the day before, and serves ramen until the broth runs out.

Each pop-up night runs a fixed number of bowls. Reserve a seat through SitReady to lock a bowl, or walk in and take your chances at the counter.
